I came to college because I really did not have a choice. All my siblings went to college so for me college is just a way of life. For me its no future without college.
The best experience i had in college so far is a debate about televising executions in my english 101 class. I really liked this because it stirred up a lot of controversy and I got to see the true side of people that i've never even spoken to before.
The most challenging experience i had in college is my sociology take home midterm. Even though it was a take home test it was definetley harder than i could handle.
For this semester my greatest accomplishment has been my grade in english which i learned yesterday was a B. I mean it definetley should have been better but thats the first grade i got from any of my teachers. Therefore im crossing my fingers hopin that the next grades will be the same or better
If i could do one thing differently i would do all my assignments before the deadline so i dont have to give in rushed work rather i would be giving in my best work
Next semester i ould like to do all my assignments at least a week before its due, Studay for all my tests in advance rather than cramming the night before. Ill also try my best to make it to every class and on time

studying
#9 i realized that i need to focus more on things that are going to be on the exam rather than reading the whole chapter and forgetting most of what i read anyway. Also i realized that i need to stop studying at the last minute because all i do is scan through the readings. This is stored in my short term memory and by the time i may need to reflect back to what i read for my final i may have already forgot so i will have to read over things i should've already known. This shows me that i do not dedicate enough timem to studying. If i did then i wouldnt have to be so stressed out at the last minute
#11
To improve my exam performance i can dedicate more time to studying. Also i could take notes while im reading so i do not forget what i have read. Ican stop reading at the last minute so i wont be as frustrated and nervous on the day of the exam becaus ei may have forgot the material.

team building
challenge: I was highly afraid of dogs so i was never able to go to my brother in laws mothers house. whenever they would go to her house in pennsylvania. I was forced to stay in brooklyn due to the way i would carry on whenever i would see a dog.
1. I began to ask questions about dogs and things that would trigger them to snap which was my biggest fear of all and i started to lean that they are mostly playful and they only bite when they think you are playing with them or are feeling threatened.
2. I went to her house and petted her dog. Gradually i stoped being afraid of him. soon after i no longer feared anydog. Now i have my own little puppy named Pink
